Regent teams participate in a variety of local and regional tournaments throughout the year. Use this page to help plan for tournament participation, find commonly attended events, and understand the roster and waiver documents your team may need.

Before Your Tournament

Know what you'll need before tournament weekend. Tournament requirements vary, so always review the tournament's instructions carefully.

Official Team Roster

🔹 Most tournaments require an official MAYSA roster; some require a WYSA roster and/or member cards.
🔹 Check your tournament requirements early so you know which documents are needed.
🔹 If your tournament requires aWYSA roster or member cards, contact Regent DOO/Registrar to request them.

WYSA Player Waivers

 🔹 Families sign the required WYSA waiver when registering their player —you do not need to collect waivers again.
🔹 Regent will place your team's waivers inTeam Resources on your PlayMetrics Team Page before the start of the season.
🔹 Download the waivers from PlayMetrics when needed for tournament registration or check-in

💡 Manager Tip: Check roster, waiver, and check-in requirements when your team registers — not the week of the tournament.
