GAME SCHEDULES

Game Cancellation / Rescheduling:

Games may need to be rescheduled if they have been canceled due to a field closure prior to the game OR because the referee ended the game at the field for unsafe weather conditions(click here for details).

  • 6U-8U In-House League

    6U-8U Games can be rescheduled as needed throughout the season, but you must follow this GAME RESCHEDULE PROCEDURE:

    1. If you want to reschedule a game, you MUST contact your opponent and agree to a new day & time.
    2. Once BOTH teams have agreed to a new day & time, the team requesting the change must fill out the Reschedule Request Form linked below.

    Considerations:

    • Weather forecasts often change quickly, so we rcommend that you not cancel too far in advance.
    • Field space is limited so you must communicate with Regent when rescheduling to make sure there is a field available
    • If there is a conflict over a field btween a rescheduled game and a practice, the game takes precendence as long as it has been scheduled through this reschedule procedure.
    6U-8U In-House Reschedule Request Form

  • 9U & 10U Alliance League

    ALL reschedule requests must be made according to these instructions through the Reschedule Request Form (linked below).


    • During the reconciliation period IT IS UP TO INDIVIDUAL COACHES to check their calendars to make certain there are no conflicts.  
    • IF there is a conflict and you need to reschedule a game THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN DO THIS IS DURING THIS PERIOD
    • There are many moving parts to creating this schedule.  Our referee scheduler has asked us to not reschedule matches after this reconciliation period is over. 
    • As a reminder, Madison & Middleton Parks requires us to reserve fields well ahead of time.  We cannot guarantee field space after this reconciliation period is over!  And please note that we have scheduled games back to back in hopes of securing more referees so any rescheduled games may be at even higher chance of not having a referee.

    To make a change in your draft schedule:

    1. Contact your opponents and come to an agreement on an alternate date/time to play (contact information for Regent, Shorewood, & Middleton United can be found in Club Resources on PlayMetrics)
    2. If you're trying to reschedule for a Saturday morning during the season you'll need to be flexible with location and time (due to the amount of teams/games already scheduled.)
    3.  The team asking for the change is the one to use this form to make the request.
    4.  Your request will only be processed when using this  Reschedule Request Form (linked below). 
    5.  You will receive an email when the game is moved.

    ALL changes must be in via the Reschedule Request Form by the deadline for the current season.  

    Requests made after this period will not be granted.
