SPRING 2024 - as of april 12th, at 2Pm - ALL FIELDS are open (UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED BELOW)

If you need information about a particular field, do not contact Madison Parks directly.
Look at our website and contact us to verify your field status if it is not clear.

RAIN OUT LINE: The Madison Parks DPT hotline is no longer active.
IF parks are closed due to weather, Parks will email Regent.
Regent will post field closures as quickly as possible and will often send emails to coaches.

In the event of inclement weather and where the Madison Parks have not been closed, coaches may decide to cancel practice.

  • Remember - if you hear thunder or see lightning, get off the field and seek shelter. Safety comes first!
  • If you arrive to a field to play a game and discover that the field conditions have become unplayable, please do not make them worse.
  • If a field is determined to be too wet or unplayable, Madison Parks will inform Regent by 2pm on weekdays & 9am on weekends. Regent will update our website promptly.
  • For games with referees - it is the referee's call as to whether to cancel the game.
  • For games without referees, the coaches for the two teams should discuss and make a determination.

IMPORTANT - YOU MUST SCHEDULE ALL MAKE UP PRACTICES & GAMES

► It is important for us to know who is on which field.
► We need to keep our reservations through Madison parks up-to-date.
► We also need to update our posted practice and game schedules so that teams can see when fields are available if they are trying to re-schedule a practice or a game.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND KIND TO OUR PARKS. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO TRAIN IN GOAL MOUTHS OR HEAVY TRAFFIC AREAS -  ESPECIALLY WHEN IT IS OR HAS BEEN WET.
